2. From the perusal of record, I find that while rejecting first bail application of applicant vide order dated 25.07.2012, this Court directed Trial Court to expedite trial and conclude the same within six months.
3. It appears that Trial Court has concluded trial and that's why none is present to press it, therefore, by efflux of time, this application has rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
