Sri Ved Prakash learned counsel appearing for the Basic Education Officer states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for extension of mid academic session benefits in light of the decision rendered in Angad Yadav And 7 Others v. State of U.P. And 4 Others [Writ-A No. 33360 of 2017 decided on 19.8.2017] shall be duly evaluated and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
