This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for setting aside the summoning order dated 27.2.2007 and quash the entire proceedings of Special Case No. 81 of 2006 under Section 395, 397 I.P.C. pending before A.D.J. (Anti Dacoity), Auraiya. Further proceedings of the aforesaid case are also prayed to be stayed.
This application was filed in the year 2007 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time, moreover none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application.
In the fact and circumstances of the case, this application is rejected as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
