In response to the order dated 9.7.2019, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the instruction sent by the opposite party whereby it has been apprised to the Court that the order of Writ Court has been complied with and adequate order has been passed by the opposite party on 22.5.2019. Copy of the instruction is also handed over to learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance has been made in the matter and the cause for filing of the contempt application no more survives.
Consequently, the present contempt application stands disposed of. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
