On advance copy of this petition, learned AGP Ms. Asmita Patel has received telephonic instructions from appellate authority Mr. V.J. Parsana that hearing is concluded and order would be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of this order, but in any case not after 20/4/2012. In light of this statement Shri D.R. Ray, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to move fresh petition if the order is adverse or on any other ground available for challenging the same order.
Permission as sought for is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
