It is the case of the petitioner that a single adjournment was sought on the ground that the counsel was ill. On this prayer, the interim order operating in favour of the petitioner was vacated. In paragraph 16 of the writ petition, it has been averred that a certified copy of the entire order-sheet has been applied but the same has not been made available to the petitioner despite the said application.

Under the circumstances, the respondent is directed to issue a certified copy of the entire order-sheet of the proceedings before him within two days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
