Taking into account the order, which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter-alia seeks for a direction to the respondent-bank to consider the representation dated 07.08.2019 as per Annexure-E, submitted by the petitioner for rescheduling the loan of the petitioner.
3. In view of the nature of relief sought and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent - Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today by a speaking order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
