Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
It has been stated in the writ petition that the representation dated 6.7.2019 submitted by the petitioner to be allowed to continue in the services of the institution is still pending before the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh. The representation has been submitted against the order dated 16.12.1997 passed by the District Inspector of School, Azamgarh.
The Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
It is clarified that before passing final orders on the representation filed by the petitioner, the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh shall also give opportunity of hearing to the persons appointed through the order dated 16.12.1997 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh and in case the order dated 16.12.1997 has been implemented, the Joint Director of Education shall refrain from interfering in the said appointments as the appointments themselves have not been challenged by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
