“The respondent Company herewith pays a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) Vide D.D.No.064237 dated 23.08.2019 for Rs.3,00,000/- and drawn on CITI BANK LTD, M.G.Road Branch, Bengaluru towards full and final settlement of pending salary dues of the petitioner in the above case. All statutory dues are the responsibility of the Respondent Company. The petitioner and respondent thereby pray that this Hon’ble Court may dismiss the above petition as withdrawn”.
