Heard, Shri Manish Mani Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite parties through Video Conferencing.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had retired from the post of Amin after attaining the age of superannuation on 31.08.2019 but till date the arrears of salary and the retiral dues have not been paid to the petitioner, whereas the recommendation has already been made by the Assistant Registrar on 22.09.2020 and 05.04.2021.
