DAVE Date : 18/04/2012 ORAL ORDER Considering the facts and circumstances and allegations levelled in the FIR being I­213 of 2010 registered with Malviya Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code are considered it appears that the daughter of the complainant had left her parental home voluntarily and further entered into wedlock with the petitioner and out of which son is born and so is recorded in para 4 of the order dated 2.3.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application NO. 1335 of 2010 by learned Single Judge of this Court.

Considering overall facts and circumstances as above, Rule returnable on 10.5.2012. Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1.

Ad­interim relief in terms of para 6(b) till final disposal of this petition. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 10.5.2012. Direct service to respondent NO.2 is permitted.
