This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings under Section 29/41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending since 2015.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, the matter is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings of Suit No.RST/828/2015 Computerized Suit No.T2015150603828 (Raghubar and others Vs. Jayram and others), under Section 29/41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, if there is no legal impediment and after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of Allahabad High Court.
