JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard parties counsel and perused record.
Submission of the petitioner is that without acquiring petitioner's land in pursuance of provisions contained in Land Acquisition Act or any other statutory provisions, the district authorities are encroaching over the petitioner's land.
It is settled law that once the State Government want to raise any construction over the private land, then that should be acquired in accordance with law.
However, since the controversy involves disputed question of facts, liberty is given to petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Ambedkarnagar within two weeks who shall himself look into the matter or refer to competent authority. Let decision be taken expeditiously and preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate decision. For a period of two months or till disposal of the petitioner's application whichever is earlier, the status quo shall be maintained.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
