5. The Inspector of Excise Hunsur Range, Hunsur, Mysuru District – 570 001. (By Sri.V.Sreenidhi, AGA) ...Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to permit the petitioner to remit the prescribed fees and submit application for renewal of the license in Form CL-7 for the excise year 2018-19 and consequently, renew the said license as per Annexure – F dated 30.06.2017 and etc.
