J U D G M E N T In this appeal notice was ordered on I.A.No.1/2015 by order dated 17.07.2015. The office had raised objection on process memo stating that there is no deposit of process fee. Time for compliance of office objection was granted on 21.03.2017 and 26.11.2019.
but the objection raised on process memo is not complied with for more than 3 years.
Hence, the appeal stands dismissed.
