(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The basis of the present petition is the alleged breach and non-compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.9538 of 2001 and allied matters and its further confirmation by the Division Bench in LPA No.1573 of 2005 and allied matters. This Court, on 18.6.2012, passed the following order:-
" Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Dave, under the instructions of respondent No.3, who is present in the Court, states that an order is passed on 15.6.2012 complying with the order of this Court subject to the outcome of the proceedings of S.L.P. before the Apex Court and he further states that consequential monetary benefits shall be paid to the petitioner on or before 26th June 2012.

Today, the learned AGP has placed on record the communication received by his office dated 26.6.2012 from the office of Senapati, State Reserved Force that the payment has been made and the relevant xerox copies of the vouchers are also produced, barring four persons, who have not come to collect the cheques, but the intimation has been sent to them also.
Mr.Dhotre, learned Counsel for the applicants, states that in view of the above, the grievance of the applicants would no more survive.
We find that in view of the above the cause of the applicants would no more survive. The application is disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged.
