JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriages of son and daughter of his brother.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, learned APP, based on the report received by him from the Superintendent of Police, Bhavnagar, states that the marriages are fixed. Hence, the ground is genuine. The jail report shows that earlier whenever he was released, he surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant - convict be released on temporary bail for a period from 10.2.2012 to 17.2.2012 on personal bond of Rs. 5000/- with one surety of the like amount with the further direction that upon the expiry of temporary bail period, he shall surrender before the Jail Authority. Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
