Heard Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioners in this writ petition are seeking a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to grant extension of time as per their application dated 30.3.2019 while considering the charge/ fee levy under strict parameter as provided under Clause 7 of the letter dated 20.5.2016 and ignoring the office order dated 18.12.2018.
In our opinion no such relief can be granted to the petitioners ignoring the office order dated 18.12.2018 since the same is not challenged before us.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Managing Director, respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the petitioners' application dated 30.3.2019 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his office.
