The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to produce the corpus master Raghav before this Court and hand over his custody to his father Sachin Bansal (petitioner).
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at some length, he states that as the petitioner is facing trail for the offence relating to death dowry of his wife, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and at the appropriate stage he shall claim custody of the corpus under the Guardian and Wards Act.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh.
