Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"A. Issue an order or direction directing the respondent no.5 i.e. Civil Judge (S.D.) Mathura to decide the Temporary Injunction Application (Paper No.7Ga) filed by the plaintiff-petitioner in Original Suit No.374/2021 (Rag Vihar Apartment Pvt. Ltd. vs. Dileep Chaturvedi & others) which is pending before him forthwith or within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid temporary injunction application (Paper No.- 7Ga) of the plaintiff/ petitioner in O.S. No.- 374 of 2021, strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks positively from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
