JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the third respondent in view of the order which is being passed. 2. The petitioner claims to be the mother of third respondent. The allegation in the writ petition is that third respondent is in bad company and kept in a de-addiction centre. The allegation is that he frequently comes threatening the petitioner. It is submitted that a complaint was earlier given to the police and they have warned the third respondent The complaint is dated 21.11.2014.
3. We have perused the complaint, which is general in nature. The complaint does not give any details of the incident. We are of the view that in the event any offence is committed or attempt to commit offence, it shall be open for the petitioner to WP(C) No. 34559/14 2 make a complaint before the second respondent, who shall look into the complaint and take appropriate action accordingly.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
