Learned APP to obtain instructions qua real condition of the applicant's daughter, who is reported to be disabled as could be seen from one recommendatory letter issued by Chairman of one Organization to the State. In light of this and in view of the fact that he has already served sentence of 14 years and his application under Section-433 (A) is pending, let there be an appropriate instruction with regard to the circumstances of the applicant's family, which may be taken into consideration for deciding the prayer.
