ORDER This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent – authorities to consider the representation dated 18.2.2017 at Annexure D in the light of the guidelines laid down by this Court in W.P.No.15951/2012 as per Annexure E.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that if representation is pending the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner in terms of the guidelines in W.P.No.15951/2012 within a period of four weeks.
