An order passed by the Prescribed Authority under the provisions of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 is assailed in this petition.
Admittedly, petitioner has remedy of challenging such order by filing an appeal, before the appropriate authority, which has not been availed. Without exhausting the statutory alternative remedy available to petitioner, this Court would not be inclined to interfere in the matter. The order impugned, otherwise, is of the year 2013 and there is no justification for this Court to entertain this petition, now.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
