By the judgment dated 11th September, 2018, this Court accepted the appeal and set aside the order dated 1st March, 2007 and 8th March, 2007 passed by Additional Labour Commissioner and Regional Deputy Labour Commissioner, Moradabad respectively. While quashing the orders aforesaid, the Court restricted such quashing to the extent of recovery of excess amount.
The observation aforesaid though gives smack that something has been kept intact in the orders impugned but as a matter of fact the quashing of the orders referred above is in their entirety and the observation made in the order dated 11th September, 2018 is also required to be read accordingly.
The correction application is disposed of.
