ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, Distribution and sale of the petitioner’s products of PLANET, ULTRA, SUMO, JAGUAR, YODHA, AVEDA, BANG, RANKLE, MENTOR, ACER, ACTIVA, BOSTON, THRISOOL, RANGER, ARROW, BIG SHOT, FEDEX, PROTENT, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner in the manufacture, sale and distribution of the petitioner’s Bio-products.”
At the hearing, Ms.V.Baby Rani, learned counsel, representing Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35954 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
