This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the first information report dated 17.11.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 508 of 2021 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, Police Station Kokhraj, District Kaushambi and further not to arrest the petitioners in aforesaid case crime.
Shri Jay Babu Kesharwani, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 apprised the Court that the second petitioner has already been arrested and sent to jail and the first petitioner has been sent to Shelter Home for women.
Confronted with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
