Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for seeking a direction upon the second respondent (District Magistrate, Varanasi) to decide the representation dated 27.6.2018 presented by the petitioner for taking action against private respondents in respect of taking possession of the property of the petitioner.
As private respondents are not amenable to the writ jurisdiction and the dispute relates to title and possession of an immovable, the appropriate course for the petitioner is either to institute a civil proceeding before a civil court or to lodge a complaint or first information report, as may be advised.
