Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the case no. 470 of 2015 (State Vs. Anuj Diwedi and others) arising out of case crime no. 143 of 2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
