The petitioners have filed this petition as usual seeking protection of their life and restraining the respondents from causing any harassment or interference in their married life.
In connection with the alleged marriage of the petitioners a first information report being Case Crime No. 1390 of 2019 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Sector 20 NOIDA, District Gautam Budh Nagar has been lodged with the police authorities and the matter is under investigation.
In view of the above, since the matter is under investigation of the police authorities, the matter requires no interference by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
