Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners have applied for scrutiny as per the terms and conditions prescribed for by the Secretary of Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P., Allahabad. According to the petitioners, the result was declared on 12th December, 2018 and they applied for scrutiny on 14th December, 2018 by depositing the requisite fee. They want that the scrutiny may be done expeditiously as early as possible.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall conduct scrutiny strictly in accordance with law and will complete exercise as expeditiously as possible.
