Petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the fact that demarcation is not being carried out despite her pending application. At present, it is not clear that the application has been moved on the prescribed form in the prescribed manner.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files an application in the prescribed form and manner before respondent no.3 for the relief of demarcation claimed by her, within a period of two weeks from today, the same may be dealt with and decided strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months therefrom, provided that petitioner does not seek any adjournment or delayed the proceeding in any manner.
