The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Suit No.T7201814360302895 of 2017 (Radhey Shyam Maurya Vs. Ajay Singh & Ors.) under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.T7201814360302895 of 2017 (Radhey Shyam Maurya Vs. Ajay Singh & Ors.) be decided within a period of ten months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
