The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.12.2020 passed in Writ C No.22255 of 2020 (Radheyshyam Chaudhari Vs. State of U.P. & another).
Today when the matter was taken up, it is stated by the counsel for the parties that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
