1. Petitioners have raised a complaint that pursuant to advertisement dated 23.06.2016 issued by U.P. Higher Education Service Commission no written examination has been held so far.
2. Sri B.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for Commission, at the outset, stated that as per instructions received by him an office memorandum dated 02.05.2018 has already been issued for holding examination pursuant to Notification No. 47 dated 23.06.2016 in the month of November, 2018. Copy of aforesaid office memorandum has also been placed before us which shall form part of record.
3. In view thereof, writ petition has rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
