JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for taking action against the opposite party Nos. 5 to 7 and even to seek a fresh e-tendering process.
It is informed that action against the opposite party Nos. 5 to 7 has already been taken. They have been suspended and even a First Information Report has been lodged. So far as the work is concerned, it has been completed.
In light of the aforesaid, the respondents have no intention to cause a fresh e-tender.
Taking aforesaid into consideration, nothing survives in the present writ petition, it has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
