Notices on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 3 have been accepted by learned Government Advocate.
Issue notice to opposite party No.4.
Four weeks' time as prayed by learned Additional Government Advocate is allowed to file the counter affidavit.
List thereafter.
In the mean time, as an interim measure, it is provided that the petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 506 of 2012, under Section 420 IPC Police Station Kotwali Jais, District Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar, till filing of the police report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C.
