Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the case no. 5244 of 2011, arising out of case crime no. 24 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 323, 406 and 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Jhansi, is pending since 2014 and the applicant has already been bailed out.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the charges have been framed but the prosecution is extending its non co-operation in early conclusion of the trial. The husband Radhey Shyam is stayed at Delhi in private job, it is difficult for him to attend the Court on every occasion as soon as the trial prolonged for an unlimited period.
Under the circumstances I hereby direct learned trial judge would gear up the trial and would make necessary endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year, provided both the parties render and necessary assistance in early conclusion of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
