This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 13.03.2019 passed by one of us (Justice B. K. Narayana) and Hon'ble Ghandikota Sri Devi, J., who has now been transferred to the High Court for the State of Telangana.
The correction application is allowed.
In the fifth line of the sixth paragraph, Sections "307, 504, 506, 325, 326 I.P.C." are substituted by "307/34, 325/34, 326/34, 504 and 506 I.P.C.".
