The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the Revision which has been filed by him being Revision No. 546/2017 (Radhey Shyam and others Vs. Rajesh Kumar and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision no. 546/2017 (Radhey Shyam and others Vs. Rajesh Kumar and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
