1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
"(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents no. 3 to decide the appeal of the petitioner dt. 25.8.2001 pending before him till this date.
(ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 to pass a suitable order on representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2002 still pending before him.
(iii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents to ignore adverse entry if any relating to combing dt. 19.11.97 and to score it out.
(iv) An order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents to make the payment of salary to the petitioner w.e.f. 19.11.97 as if no adverse entry has been made against the petitioner.
(v) an order, writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents no. 2 to 4 to grant bonus to the petitioner from 19.1.2002.
(vi) an order, writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents to grant selection grade to the petitioner from 16.10.2001.”
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
