The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Writ C No.9576 of 2020 (Radhey Shyam Vs. State of U.P. and others).
An instruction dated 29.10.2021 was placed by the learned Standing Counsel, same is taken on record. On the basis of instruction it is informed that that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with. Counsel for the applicant has no objection. The copy of the instruction was also provided to the counsel for the applicant.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed..
