Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide application 6-C, seeking temporary injunction, in Original Suit No. 269 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that initially notices were issued on the injunction application and thereafter on 20.03.2018, the court observed that service of notice upon the defendants would be deemed sufficient.
It appears that the next date fixed is 10.05.2018.
In view of the above, it would be appropriate that the petitioner presses the injunction application before the court concerned on the next date.
