Petitioner retired from the employment of U.P.S.R.TC. in the year 2014. His pay was revised on the basis of applicable govt. orders. According to the petitioner, he was entitled to higher salary. In respect of such grievance certain representations have been moved and queries have also been raised under RTI Act, but his version has not been considered so far and hence this petition.
Sri M. M. Sahai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in case petitioner makes a comprehensive representation before the Regional Manager concerned, his grievance shall be examined in accordance with law, expeditiously.
In that view of the matter, this writ petitioner stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 by way of a comprehensive representation, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within four weeks from today. The concerned Regional Manager shall get the matter inquired and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months, thereafter. Order impugned in this petition shall remain subject to the fresh order to be passed by the authority concerned.
