JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 10
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 1327 of 2019 Applicant :- Radhey Shyam Sharma Opposite Party :- J.R. Maurya, Zonal Officer Counsel for Applicant :- Satish Chandra Mishra,Siddharth Shankar Counsel for Opposite Party :- Anoop Trivedi Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 9.4.1999 passed in Writ-A No.15032 of 1999 wherein the Court directed as under:-
"Heard counsel for the petitioner., Sri V.K. Uniyal for respondent no.3 and Sri A.K. Singh for respondent no.5.
This petition is disposed of with a direction that the construction in dispute shall not be demolished except in accordance with law."
In the present case, the writ court order has been passed in the year 1999. Now, after a long span of time, the applicant has turned up in contempt proceeding with the prayer that the order of the writ court has not been complied with. The Court is not at all aware of the situation on the spot and as such, at this belated stage, no interference in contempt proceeding can be made. However, it is always open for the applicant to press his grievance before the appropriate forum.
With these observations, the Contempt Application is disposed of.
