Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and on account of enmity, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and the applicant is in jail since 1.5.2010.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that it is a fit case for grant of bail.
Let the applicant namely Radhey Shyam Harijan be released on bail in Case Crime No.291 of 2010 under Sections 379, 411, 419, 420, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
