Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Amit Kumar Singh submits that this petition seeking a direction to the respondent no. 3-Assistant Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate and respondent no. 4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Khajani, District Gorakhpur to decide petitioner's representation made under the provisions of Chapter III of Para 16 (2-A) of the Gram Sabha Manual as expeditiously as possible.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3-Assistant Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate and respondent no. 4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Khajani, District Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner on its merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
