Heard Shri Rajat Pratap Singh learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Mukund Tewari learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority as well as Miss Anupma Singh learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no.1 to 4.
During pendency of the writ petition, amount of compensation in respect of the land in question which has been acquired, has been paid to the petitioners and therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
