In this case, an interim order was passed on 15.4.2011. In the interim order, the date of the award has been wrongly mentioned. The appellant has filed a correction application for the same.
The correction application is allowed. In the order, the word 'award dated 30.11.2010' may be read in place of word 'award dated 3.1.2010'.
