JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. D.H. Sindhi, learned advocate for the petitioner. Learned advocate for the respondent is not present. However, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that he has been informed by the learned advocate for the respondent that he (learned advocate for the respondent) has no objection if the request of the petitioner is granted.
2. Mr.
Sindhi, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner had paid entire dues as claimed by the respondent company and thereafter the electricity connection has been supplied/restored and that, therefore, the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the petition.
3. In view of the said stipulation, Mr. Sindhi, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the petition. Having regard to the said request and that the respondent has no objection, permission as prayed for is granted. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
4. Rule is discharged. Interim-relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
